1. The Service

magnet-mint generates lead-magnet content and hosts opt-in pages and email capture. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use captured contact data.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• No spam or sending to contacts without consent.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Plans & billing

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes (incl. GST) apply where required.

4. Content & IP

You own the lead magnets you generate. We retain rights to the Service itself. AI-generated content is provided "as is"; review before publishing.

5. Liability

The Service is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.
