Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your paid plan anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancelling.
Refunds
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, email us within 7 days for a full or pro-rated refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
